Great hotel in the heart of SC, super clean, great facilities and staff. Breakfast is pretty good with basic options, great coffee. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Definitely 5 star hotel. Interior design is interesting and sswimming pool area is very relaxing. Staff super attentive. Highly recommend to stay in SC.

Recently fully refurbished, the high standards and professionalism of the staff were only matched by their friendliness and helpfulness. Superb location, restaurants nearby. We stayed 14 nights, a fantastic 5 star experience in the middle of Santa Cruz.

Great pool and the hotel's garden where we also had breakfast. The hotel is 15 min from the city center by walking. The staff is helpful, but only one person speaks English. Very uncommon for the 5 stars hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. Excellent breakfast. Nice jacuzzi and great professional massages. Easy to get Uber rides.

Good pool, gym and spa. The restaurant near the pool is not bad, prices and quality are good. Breakfast is not very variegated, but quite good.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable. If you need to use a driver I hope you meet the hotel’s driver Freddy, he’ll take care of you. this was my third time staying here, and they did not disappoint!

It is a corporate style hotel in a good location with good facilities, including a swimming pool. In walking distance of the main square.
